Work orders, functional locations & cost settlement
SAP (PM / S/4HANA)
Functional locations and equipment tags map to the intelliVISION asset register. Inspection findings raise work requests that return the SAP work order number onto the finding.
Integrations
intelliSPEC connects with SAP, Maximo, and PCMS through a staged validation hub and a 500-operation OpenAPI gateway.
Systems of record
One equipment tag joins both systems. Your EAM keeps work orders; intelliSPEC keeps the inspection and integrity record.
Work orders, functional locations & cost settlement
Functional locations and equipment tags map to the intelliVISION asset register. Inspection findings raise work requests that return the SAP work order number onto the finding.
Enterprise asset management & maintenance
Assets sync by stable tag identifier. Maximo keeps craft scheduling, stores, and PM work orders while intelliSPEC runs CML corrosion math, RBI, and turnaround wall charts.
Historical CMLs, circuits & thickness surveys
Import corrosion circuits, CMLs, and multi-decade UT thickness histories with short/long corrosion rate reconciliation, or run two-way during phased unit cutovers.
Integration Hub
External ERP syncs stage records for review first, so a bad field mapping never pollutes active inspection plans.
Tenant administrators configure ERP connections and field-mapping libraries per entity type, translating external payloads into governed intelliSPEC fields.
Every synced ERP record lands in Staged Data as pending validation first. Admins inspect the source payload and approve single records, bulk-approve up to 500 clean records per sync, or reject with a recorded reason before any module consumes the data.
Each sync run logs staged counts, mapping warnings, who approved or rejected each record, their role, and timestamp in a tenant-isolated ledger.
Interfaces & standards
500 documented operations · 40 domain groups
Every partner-facing operation carries a documented summary, domain tag, and response schema, governed by tenant-scoped API keys and hierarchy node data-scope grants.
Bluetooth UT / DFT · ASTM E2339 DICONDE
Stream ultrasonic thickness and dry-film thickness readings over Bluetooth into intelliEDGE, and attach DICONDE radiographs, C-scans, and PAUT datasets to the component.
CFIHOS · ISO 14224 · DEXPI · ISO 15926
Align equipment taxonomies to ISO 14224 and CFIHOS, extract P&ID tags into the register, and import/export structured Excel workbooks with deduplication keys.
Microsoft Entra ID · SAML 2.0 / OIDC · MFA
Single sign-on through your identity provider with optional tenant-wide multi-factor authentication and 524 role-based permissions.
Answers
Synced ERP records never write straight into live inspection tables. Every sync stages records in pending_validation status on the Staged Data screen. A tenant administrator reviews the run, approves clean records individually or in batches up to 500, or rejects bad mappings with a required reason that stays in the audit trail.
SAP or Maximo owns work orders, craft labor, spare parts, and cost accounting. intelliSPEC owns the inspection and mechanical-integrity record: CML thickness history, corrosion rates, API 580/581 RBI, API 579 screening, coating databooks, and turnaround execution wall charts. Findings raise work requests and store the returned CMMS work order number.
Yes. The partner API publishes an OpenAPI 3.0 specification with 500 documented operations across 40 domain groups. API keys are tenant-scoped and respect hierarchy node data scopes.
Yes. Every core register (hierarchy nodes, assets, CMLs, qualifications, and serialized inventory) supports Excel workbook import with column mapping, validation, and a preview before commit.
