Cookie Policy

What this website stores in your browser, who sets it, why, for how long, and the choices you have.

Effective 2026-11-01

01

Overview

intellispec.com stores a necessary browser preference for cookie consent. With your permission, HubSpot may also set cookies to measure page visits, connect them with an inquiry, and support optional AI chat. The inquiry form works without optional tracking or chat. We do not use advertising networks, and we do not sell personal information.

Where the law requires consent, non-essential cookies are not set until you give it, and you can change your choice at any time. Where required, we honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

02

What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember state between pages and visits, such as a session or a preference. Similar technologies, including local storage and pixels, can serve the same purposes, and this policy covers them too.

03

How we use them

Browser storage supports these website functions:

  • Strictly necessary browser storage: remembers your consent choice and does not require consent.
  • Optional HubSpot tracking: measures page visits and selected interactions, such as demo-form progress, approved calls to action, product-screen views, and calculator use, after you accept. Event values are limited to site-defined labels and do not include form entries or calculator figures. To limit unintended collection, some visits remain unmeasured even after acceptance. Demo requests are sent to HubSpot through its forms service whether or not you accept tracking.
  • Optional HubSpot chat uses the same website permission. When available, the AI assistant processes messages you choose to send and may remember the conversation using chat cookies. The chat widget also presents its own cookie and processing notices. Declining website permission keeps chat off; the demo form remains available. Withdrawing permission removes chat from the current page and clears its browser cookies, but does not erase conversations already received by HubSpot.

About HubSpot

We use HubSpot for inquiry forms, optional website measurement and AI chat, email correspondence, and customer relationship records. Submitting a demo or inquiry form, or sending a chat message, sends the information you enter to HubSpot; none subscribes you to promotional email. Newsletter signup separately collects your email address and explicit consent to receive product updates, inspection resources, and events. HubSpot stores this subscription preference. You can withdraw newsletter consent using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. Newsletter signup works even when optional website tracking is declined. If you accept optional tracking, HubSpot may associate page visits with your inquiry. The AI assistant uses published intelliSPEC information and can make mistakes; confirm commercial commitments and customer-specific requirements with our team.

06

Your choices

Where a consent banner is shown, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies, and change your choice later from the cookie settings link in the footer. Every major browser also lets you block, restrict, or clear cookies in its settings.

Declining optional tracking does not break the site: pages, pricing, documentation, and inquiry forms all work without it.

Where required, we treat Global Privacy Control and similar signals as a valid opt-out for the browser that sends them.

07

The intelliSPEC platform is different

The platform itself, where customers sign in and work, uses strictly necessary technologies to function: authentication session state, security tokens, and preferences needed to keep you signed in and your work synced, including offline capture. These are essential to the service, are not used for advertising, and are governed by the customer agreement, the Data Processing Agreement, and our Privacy Policy.

08

Changes to this policy

Material changes, including any change to the cookie table above, are posted on this page with a revised effective date. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
